Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has insisted that Los Blancos "understand the feeling of the fans", who once again showed their frustrations during Saturday's La Liga clash with Real Valladolid.
Madrid managed to win a league match for the first time since September 22 when they recorded a 2-0 victory over Valladolid at the Bernabeu.
The European champions only made the breakthrough in the 83rd minute through Vinicius Junior, however, before Ramos doubled his team's advantage from the penalty spot late on.
Ramos has insisted that "with positive results people will start to trust us again", and the Spanish giants will go in search of their third straight win in all competitions against Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League next week.
"When things don't come you have to stay calm and insist on sacrificing," Marca quotes Ramos as saying.
"The team believed and we were against a side who play good football. We understand the feeling of the fans, the whistles and everything, and we have to change that. With results people will start to trust us again."
Madrid are currently sixth in La Liga, seven points off the leaders Barcelona.
