Sevilla are reportedly interested in bringing Fiorentina midfielder Mario Suarez back to Spain in the January transfer window.
The Spanish international moved to the Viola in the summer in a deal that saw centre-back Stefan Savic complete a transfer to Atletico Madrid.
The 28-year-old has struggled for first-team action with his Italian club, however, and according to AS, Sevilla are closely monitoring proceedings.
Suarez, who won La Liga and the Europa League during his time with Atletico, has also been linked with a move to Liverpool in recent weeks.
