Southampton planning move for Rafa Silva?

Southampton send scouts to watch Braga midfielder Rafa Silva, according to reports.

Southampton are looking at the possibility of signing Braga midfielder Rafa Silva, a report says.

Silva, 20, signed a five-year deal with his club in the summer, but Saints manager Mauricio Pochettino is hopeful of agreeing a deal, and sent scouts to watch him in action.

SportsDirect News.com claims that Bayer Leverkusen had a bid of £4m rejected for the player in the January transfer window.

The Portugal Under-21 international is apparently being considered for the senior squad for the 2014 World Cup.
