Fresh off the back of clinching their first-ever Taca da Liga title, Porto journey to the Estadio do Maritimo to square off against Maritimo in round 18 of the Primeira Liga on Wednesday.

O Maior das Ilhas, on the other hand, head into the midweek matchup on a run of two consecutive victories on home soil and will be looking to continue in the same vein.

Off the back of an unprecedented Taca da Liga victory, Porto will head into Wednesday with sky-high confidence as they look to continue their rise to the top of the table. At the opposite end of the table is a Maritimo side who appear to have hit their stride after a disappointing first half of the season.

With the disappointment from Saturday's Taca da Liga final defeat still lingering in the air, Sporting Lisbon play host to Braga at the Estadio Jose Alvalade as round 18 of the Primeira Liga comes to an end on Wednesday.

Os Arcebispos, on the other hand, head into the midweek clash on a blistering run of five consecutive victories across all competitions and will be looking to keep the juggernaut rolling.

With both sides looking to strengthen their positions in the upper echelons of the table and their stakes for a place in the Champions League, we anticipate a thrilling contest at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
