David Ginola says that Tottenham Hotspur are good enough to win the Champions League.

David Ginola has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are capable of winning the Champions League following their comeback against Juventus.

Mauricio Pochettino's side seemed down and out after the first 10 minutes as Gonzalo Higuain scored twice, once from the penalty spot.

However, goals from Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen ensured that Spurs left Wembley with a 2-2 draw and two away goals.

"Could Tottenham win the Champions League? Why not?" Ginola told talkSPORT. "They are in the competition, and they showed last night that they are capable of doing something.

"They have the potential. They have a striker who can score goals, they've got a great goalkeeper, a great manager and overall the team and the shape are good.

"Anything is possible with Spurs, but there are so many great teams in this competition - Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool are great as well. This year is a very open competition, to say who will win the Champions League this season is very hard to say."

Tottenham last progressed to the quarter-final stage in 2011.
