Norwich City add former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeping coach

Tony Parks joins Norwich City as goalkeeping coach after leaving the same role at Tottenham Hotspur.

Norwich City today announced the appointment of their new goalkeeping coach - former Tottenham Hotspur man Tony Parks.

The 51-year-old takes up the same role at Carrow Road that he left at White Hart Lane when Mauricio Pochettino was named as Spurs' new manager.

He replaces Dave Watson, who is now at Southampton, in Norfolk.

Norwich boss Neil Adams told the club website: "I saw Tony work during his time at the FA and was very impressed with what I saw, and he will fill the hole left by Dave's departure perfectly."

Parks is remembered fondly by Spurs fans for saving the last penalty in the 1984 UEFA Cup final shootout against Anderlecht.
