West Bromwich Albion chase Tim Sherwood?

West Bromwich Albion reportedly line up Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood as their next manager.

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly lining up Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood as their next manager.

The Baggies confirmed on Monday that Pepe Mel had left the club by mutual consent after guiding them to safety at the end of the Premier League season.

Albion have now placed the Spurs chief at the top of their shortlist, and will make their approach in the coming days, according to The Mirror.

Sherwood is widely expected to depart White Hart Lane after they missed out on Champions League football with a sixth-place finish.
