Saido Berahino rules out West Bromwich Albion move?

West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino appears to rule out leaving the club on deadline day amid reported interest from Newcastle, Stoke and Tottenham.

West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino has appeared to rule out leaving the club on deadline day of the January transfer window.

The 22-year-old striker has dominated many of the headlines over the past two deadline days, including when the summer window ended with a proposed move to Tottenham Hotspur breaking down, leading Berahino to claim that he would never play for the Baggies again.

He has since spent the majority of the current season on the bench, but was still subject of a £21m bid from Newcastle United, in addition to reported interest from Stoke City and Spurs again.

However, having courted controversy on Twitter in the summer, Berahino has taken to the same platform to seemingly end any rumours of a mid-season exit.

Berahino has not started a Premier League game for the Baggies since October, but did score twice in their FA Cup draw with Peterborough United at the weekend.
