Tottenham Hotspur and Valencia have reportedly struck an agreement over a loan deal for Bryan Gil.
The Lilywhites are expected to confirm the arrival of Dejan Kulusevski from Juventus on deadline day, with the 21-year-old understood to have completed his medical earlier this morning.
In spite of Spurs missing out on the signatures of Luis Diaz and Adama Traore this month, Gil has still been tipped to head elsewhere amid his struggles for game time in the 2021-22 season.
The 20-year-old has dismissed suggestions that he is unhappy at Tottenham, but transfer expert Fabrizio Romano now reports that a loan move to Valencia is on the brink of completion.
Romano adds that there is no option or obligation to buy included in the six-month loan, with Gil preparing to return to North London with more experience for the 2022-23 season.
Gil has registered just one assist in 20 appearances for Spurs in his debut season and has not started a single Premier League game this term.
