Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly prepared to block Harry Kane's dream summer switch to Manchester City.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly ready to block Harry Kane's attempted move to Manchester City this summer.

The 27-year-old is believed to have informed Spurs of his desire to leave the club ahead of the 2021-22 campaign, as he is yet to win a major honour during his time in North London.

Man City are rumoured to be one of the frontrunners for Kane's signature, and the Premier League champions are thought to be readying a £100m take-it-or-leave-it offer for the England captain.

However, The Telegraph reports that Levy is still reluctant to allow Kane to depart, and he is set to stand firm on his £150m stance.

The report adds that Man City are not prepared to be drawn into a protracted transfer saga up until the end of the transfer window, and they could end their interest there and then if a bid of £100m is rejected.

Kane scooped both the Golden Boot and Playmaker award in the Premier League last term, but he failed to find the back of the net against Croatia or Scotland in England's first two Euro 2020 matches.
