AS Monaco have reportedly identified Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker as a top transfer target.
Les Rouge et Blanc were only promoted to Ligue 1 in May, but they wasted little time before splashing the cash, spending over £140m during a summer that saw the likes of Radamel Falcao, James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho move to the French Riviera.
Their big spending is likely to continue in January and manager Claudio Ranieri is keen to acquire a new right-back.
England international Walker signed a new contract at White Hart Lane in October, committing himself to Spurs until June 2019.
However, according to The Telegraph, this is unlikely to prevent Monaco from lodging a lucrative offer for the 23-year-old.
Walker is a first-team regular at Spurs and has started in all 16 of his side's Premier League matches this season.
