Report: Hull City open Aaron Lennon talks

Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon will reportedly join Hull City on loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent move to the KC Stadium in the summer.

Hull City have reportedly opened talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a deal for England international Aaron Lennon.

The winger has been out of favour under Mauricio Pochettino this season, resulting in him being heavily linked with a move away from White Hart Lane this month.

Everton and Stoke City have both been linked with Lennon, but the Daily Mail reports that the Tigers will take the 27-year-old on loan for the rest of the season, before making a £7m bid to sign him permanently in the summer.

Michael Dawson, Jake Livermore and Tom Huddlestone have all joined Hull from Spurs in recent seasons.
