West Ham United have held talks with Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor over a potential transfer, a report suggests.
The 31-year-old striker spoke to Hammers manager Slaven Bilic last night, according to Sky Sports News.
The Togo international, who was reportedly offered to Manchester United, has also been linked with a move to Aston Villa.
The forward scored 11 Premier League goals for Spurs in the 2013-14 campaign under now-Villa manager Tim Sherwood, though he only managed two strikes last season under current boss Mauricio Pochettino.
West Ham have already announced one transfer today, bringing in Barcelona midfielder Alex Song on a second consecutive season-long loan deal, while Hull City have allegedly accepted a Hammers bid for Croatian striker Nikica Jelavic.
