Tottenham Hotspur agreed Leandro Damiao deal?

A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur did agree a fee with Internacional for Leandro Damiao, only for the deal to fall through on transfer deadline day.

Tottenham Hotspur reportedly reached an agreement to sign Leandro Damiao from Internacional on transfer deadline day.

It is believed that the two clubs settled upon a transfer figure at around 5pm on January 31.

However, the deal collapsed soon after following a change of heart by the Brazilian club, according to BBC Sport.

The report goes on to claim that Internacional informed their Premier League counterparts that the Brazil international may be available for a transfer during the summer.
