Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified Bournemouth's David Brooks as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen joined Inter Milan in January after seven years in North London, during which he chalked up 69 goals in 305 appearances across all competitions.
Brooks is yet to make an appearance for Eddie Howe's side this season following ankle surgery, but according to Football London, Jose Mourinho is a keen admirer of the 22-year-old.
The report claims that Spurs will have to fork out £40m to sign the Wales international, despite Bournemouth sitting in the relegation zone amid the coronavirus suspension.
Brooks, who contributed seven goals from 30 Premier League appearances for the Cherries last season, will see his current deal at the Vitality Stadium expire in 2022.
