Napoli have reportedly decided that they are not prepared to sell Amadou Diawara for anything less than £43.5m.
Diawara is currently spending his third campaign in Naples, but the 21-year-old has been restricted to 345 minutes of football in Serie A this season.
According to Calciomercato, both Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers hold an interest in the Guinean but will be unable to sign the midfielder on the cheap.
The report claims that Napoli are not prepared to accept a cut-price fee for the player, who still has just over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract.
Spurs are expected to be active in the January market, while Wolves are said to be targeting a full-back, central midfielder and forward at the midway point of the campaign.
