Swansea City have reportedly rubbished rumours that the club are interested in signing Emmanuel Adebayor and Steven Fletcher before the transfer window closes in five weeks' time.
Adebayor has also been linked to Aston Villa as he has dropped down the rankings at Tottenham Hotspur.
Fletcher, who has struggled for goalscoring form at Sunderland in the past two seasons, was reported to be the subject of a £4m bid from the Swans.
However, according to the South Wales Evening Post, officials at the Liberty Stadium have insisted that they are not interested in either player and have no plans to add another striker to the squad.
It is believed that manager Garry Monk intends to play Bafetimbi Gomis and Eder as his attacking pair, with Marvin Emnes playing second fiddle to the forwards.
