Stevenage striker Adam Marriott has signed a new contract at the Lamex Stadium.
The 24-year-old joined the League Two outfit from Cambridge City last summer, but injuries have restricted him to just 15 appearances since then.
However, he has still been handed extended terms by new manager Teddy Sheringham, although the length of the deal has not be confirmed.
"I'm absolutely delighted. The club has shown a lot of patience with me through my injury but hopefully that's over now and I can kick on this season and repay them," he told the club's official website.
To date, Marriott has scored three goals for Boro.
