Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam has admitted that he is open to playing abroad in the future.
The 29-year-old, who has struggled to cement a regular spot in the Potters' first team of late, has been linked with a move to Real Sociedad to play under manager David Moyes.
"There's better weather than here," Adam told the Stoke Sentinel. "I would love the experience of playing abroad because it's certainly something different. Hopefully, more British players will go and do it."
Adam, who has also previously been linked with Galatasaray, has been at the Britannia Stadium since 2012.
