The 32-year-old, who has played for 12 teams in total during his career, joined the Potters from Tottenham Hotspur in 2011.
"I've got two years on my contract, but you never know," Crouch told Absolute Radio. "With my history, you just don't know."
Crouch scored eight goals in all competitions for Stoke last season.
