Stoke City and Everton are reportedly locked in talks over a swap deal which would see Potters midfielder Badou N'Diaye move to Goodison Park and Toffees centre-back Ashley Williams switch in the opposite direction.
N'Diaye only joined Stoke from Galatasaray in the January transfer window but impressed in the second half of the 2017-18 season, and he is believed to be keen to return to the Premier League.
Williams, meanwhile, struggled at Everton last term, and it is believed that the 33-year-old would be available for the right price in this summer's transfer window.
According to Sky Sports News, Stoke and Everton are currently discussing a potential swap deal ahead of the closing of this summer's transfer window, which occurs on August 9.
Stoke will open their new Championship season against Leeds United on Sunday afternoon, while Everton start their Premier League campaign against Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 11.
