Swansea City defender Kyle Bartley has credited manager Garry Monk for the team's best ever start to a Premier League season.
The Swans are currently in fifth place in the table thanks to five wins from their opening 11 games of the campaign.
With a trip to champions Manchester City up next on Saturday, Bartley believes that Monk should be praised for keeping everyone happy at the Liberty Stadium.
"The manager has kept the whole squad happy and he has stressed that everybody will be needed and must be ready for when they are called upon," the centre-back told the club's official website.
"It's the best start we've made in the Premier League and the manager has to take credit. Everyone is working hard on the training pitch and behind the scenes. It's a really good place to be and everyone has a smile on their faces."
Bartley has made two appearances in all competitions for Swansea so far this season.
