Garry Monk: 'Still more to come from Swansea City'

Garry Monk says that Swansea City have been "working very hard" to ensure that they build on their positive start to the Premier League season.

Swansea City manager Garry Monk has insisted that his side still have more to give following their impressive start to the campaign.

The Swans, who were held to a goalless draw by Sunderland in their last outing, are currently fifth in the Premier League table.

"I know what the players can do and we've been working very hard putting stuff into place," Sky Sports News quotes Monk as saying.

"Where we are now is at a good level but we can show more. As a whole over all the games we can be better and that's what we're all striving for."

Newcastle United visit the Liberty Stadium on Saturday still searching for their first league win of the season.
