Swansea City midfielder Ki Sung-yueng has announced that he will leave the club this summer following their relegation from the Premier League.
The Swans went into yesterday's final day needing results to go their way and an unlikely swing in goal difference to stay in the division, but they could only slump to a 2-1 defeat at home to Stoke City, whose own relegation had already been confirmed.
Ki has now become the first player to confirm his departure from the club in the wake of their relegation, ending a six-year stay at the Liberty Stadium which saw him make 160 appearances for the club across all competitions.

Long-serving Swansea players Leon Britton and Angel Rangel will also leave the club this summer.
