Werder Bremen goalkeeper Tim Wiese agrees a four-year deal with Hoffenheim.

Werder Bremen goalkeeper Tim Wiese has agreed a four-year deal with Hoffenheim.

The 30-year-old had been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

"We did not want to miss out on signing such an experienced and ambitious professional," said Hoffenheim coach Markus Babbel.

Wiese moved to the Rhein-Neckar Arena from Kaiserslautern in 2005.
