Portuguese international Nani has revealed that it did not take him long to decide to join "great club" Valencia this summer.
The former Manchester United attacker completed a move to the Mestalla earlier this month, joining on a three-year deal from Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
The 29-year-old, who also helped Portugal win Euro 2016 this summer, has said that Los Che "represented the best option" for him after deciding to seek pastures new following one season in Turkish football.
"I chose Valencia because they represented the best option for me. They're a great club with great global potential. There are conditions here for me to be happy. The Spanish league is a great championship," Nani told reporters.
"Adaptation takes time, but it won't be very difficult. My style is Latino, technical football, so I'll adapt quickly. Football is full of surprises, so let's get to work. It's important to feel this love [of the fans]. I hope to give them a lot of joy and contribute to many of their dreams."
Nani, who was presented to 12,000 Valencia fans on Friday afternoon, scored 12 times in 46 appearances for Fenerbahce last term.
