Slavisa Jokanovic: 'Watford managerial situation is a little strange'

New Watford manager Slavisa Jokanovic, their fourth boss this season, calls the managerial situation at the Hornets "a little bit strange".

New Watford boss Slavisa Jokanovic has called the managerial situation at the Hertfordshire club "a little bit strange".

The Serb is the fourth manager at the Hornets this season after Giuseppe Sannino, Oscar Garcia and Billy McKinlay all had stints at the helm since August.

Jokanovic is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "The situation is a little bit strange. But it's not the players' fault. I am looking at what is in front of us. I expect the team to find stability with me and they are ready to go."

Watford are currently third in the Championship table.
