West Bromwich Albion will reportedly offer manager Roy Hodgson a £3m-a-year contract to remain at the club.
The former Liverpool boss has so far delayed talks over a new deal at the Hawthorns as he waits for the Football Association to move for the new England manager.
Hodgson is widely regarded as one of the favourites, and has previously admitted a desire to boss his home nation.
The 64-year-old is held in high regard by West Brom, however, and the club are prepared to offer him the biggest managerial salary in their history to see that he remains, according to the Daily Mail.
Hodgson's current deal expires at the end of the season.
