West Ham United boss David Moyes says that he is hoping that Chelsea have an "off day" when the two clubs meet at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

West Ham United boss David Moyes has suggested that he is expecting Chelsea to deliver a strong performance against his team on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues have lost three out of their last four matches in the Premier League, with the latest setback coming last weekend as Tottenham Hotspur ran out 3-1 winners at Stamford Bridge.

However, Moyes has insisted that Chelsea were unfortunate to lose their most recent fixture and that the Hammers must hope for another "off day" from Antonio Conte's outfit.

At a press conference, the 54-year-old told reporters: "The top clubs have to win all their games. You've got to hope that you catch them on an off day.

"The game changed on an incredible goal by [Christian] Eriksen. I thought Chelsea hadn't done a lot wrong in the first half."

West Ham head into the weekend sitting five points clear of the relegation zone.
