James Tomkins is passed fit to start in West Ham United's clash with Aston Villa.

James Tomkins has been passed fit to start for West Ham United against Aston Villa this evening despite sustaining a facial injury last time out.

Cheikhou Kouyate is also in the starting XI having come off injured in the hosts' clash against Liverpool, while Adrian comes back between the sticks after missing out on the match at Anfield.

The Hammers' two new signings, Emmanuel Emenike and Sam Byram, are not in the squad for the encounter.

Remi Garde, meanwhile, gives starts to Gabriel Agbonlahor - his first in three months - Mark Bunn, Joleon Lescott and Jores Okore.
