Blackburn Rovers sign West Ham United youngster Martin Samuelsen

Blackburn Rovers complete the loan signing of West Ham United teenager Martin Samuelsen.

Blackburn Rovers have completed the capture of promising West Ham United youngster Martin Samuelsen on a season-long loan deal.

The 19-year-old Norwegian winger joined the Hammers in 2015 after three years with the Manchester City youth academy.

Samuelsen spent part of last season on loan at League One side Peterborough United, where his form caught the eye of a number of Championship clubs, including Ipswich Town.

Samuelsen's move to Rovers comes just two days after he penned a new deal keeping him at the London Stadium until the end of the 2019-20 season.
