West Ham United defender Declan Rice has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for both Crystal Palace and Bournemouth.
Rice has just enjoyed a breakthrough campaign with the Hammers, but the 19-year-old has one year left on his contract and is yet to agree fresh terms at the London Stadium.
According to The Sun, the lack of progress has alerted both Palace and Bournemouth, who would be interested in the youngster if he opts against committing his future to West Ham.
Last season, Rice made a total of 26 appearances in the Premier League, but new boss Manuel Pellegrini has just paid big money to sign Issa Diop from Toulouse.
Palace and Bournemouth could potentially offer Rice more guarantees over regular first-team action during the upcoming campaign, something which is likely to appeal to the Republic of Ireland international.
