West Ham United confirm the arrival of Lukasz Fabianski from Swansea City - their third signing of the summer transfer window.

West Ham United have continued their summer spending spree by bringing in goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski from Swansea City.

The 33-year-old has signed a three-year deal at the London Stadium for an undisclosed fee, thought to be around the £7m mark.

Fabianski becomes the Hammers' third arrival of a busy summer under new manager Manuel Pellegrini, joining Ryan Fredericks and Issa Diop in putting pen to paper.

Experienced stopper Fabianski, who is currently on World Cup duty with Poland, will now continue his Premier League career with West Ham following Swansea's relegation to the Championship.

"West Ham is a massive club so I'm really happy to be joining at such an exciting time here," he told his new side's official website. "I will do my best on and off the pitch to help the team to achieve the best results possible and can't wait to start this new chapter of my career.

West Ham director of football Mario Husillos added: "Lukasz is an experienced and established Premier League goalkeeper, with great quality that he has shown at both domestic and international level.

"He fits perfectly the mould of the modern goalkeeper, with excellent agility, presence and distribution, and will bring strong competition to the position.

"Of course, at this moment, Lukasz is fully focused on the World Cup finals with Poland. We wish him all the very best out in Russia and look forward to welcoming him upon his return to England later this summer."

Fabianski has made a Premier League-high 499 saves over the past four seasons, missing just three games during that time.
