Wolfsburg have completed a deal to sign Ignacio Camacho from Malaga on a four-year contract.
The 27-year-old defensive midfielder arrives at the Volkswagen Arena for a reported fee of €10m (£8.8m) and will act as a replacement for Luiz Gustavo following his departure for Marseille.
Camacho, who made 177 league appearances and scored 16 goals during his six-and-a-half year stay at Malaga, has put pen to paper on a deal which will keep him at the club until 2021.
The one-time Spain international is Wolfsburg's second signing of the day after they also brought in Arsenal youngster Kaylen Hinds on a three-year deal.
The Bundesliga outfit have now signed eight players already this summer, with Camacho and Hinds following in the footsteps of John Anthony Brooks, William, Marvin Stefaniak, Dimata Lamdry, Felix Uduokhai and Julian Justvan.
