Kevin De Bruyne has given a hint that he may still leave Wolfsburg this summer.
The Belgian international remains a target for Manchester City after excelling in the Bundesliga since his move from Chelsea in January 2014.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester United have also re-entered the race to sign the 24-year-old and are prepared to make a £50m move for him.
"I am not the one telling the people I am definitely going to stay, just to move on two weeks later," he told SPORT1.
"I believe people know the way I am. I am just trying to stay loyal and tell the truth.
"You always have to keep these things without a definitive statement."
De Bruyne was involved in Wolfsburg's Super Cup win over Bayern Munich last weekend, setting up Niklas Bendtner to equalise late on.
