New Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Dean Saunders has urged his playing squad to "toughen up".
Saunders will take his team to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday afternoon on the back of a run that has seen them lose seven of their last nine matches away from home.
Ahead of that encounter at Hillsborough, Saunders has told his players that they need to "absorb" more pressure.
"We need to toughen up all around the pitch and, if we can stay in games a bit more, our quality players will win them for us," he told the Express & Star.
"We have got to make sure we resist the things that can hurt you in this league.
"You have to be able to go away from home and absorb the things they throw at you and keep the ball out of your net."
Wolves are currently 18th in the Championship table.
