Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Karl Henry fails to reach a deal with Queens Park Rangers.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has revealed that Karl Henry failed to agree personal terms with Queens Park Rangers at the weekend.

Jackett recently informed the 30-year-old that he is not part of his plans for the upcoming campaign, meaning that he was granted permission to talk to the R's.

However, the midfielder has now returned to Wolves and Jackett has admitted that the transfer may not go through.

"Karl has had some conversations with Queens Park Rangers but I don't think it's come to a head," the Express & Star quotes Jackett as saying.

"He was there on Saturday but then he was playing for our Under-21s in the training ground game against West Ham.

"It doesn't seem as if it's about to go ahead. I don't know if that it's irretrievable, but no deal has been done."

Henry has also been linked with Championship side Ipswich Town.
