A trio of English clubs are reportedly interested in signing Wolverhampton Wanderers centre-back Cameron John.

Wolverhampton Wanderers centre-back Cameron John is reportedly wanted by Brighton & Hove Albion, Sunderland and Norwich City.

The 18-year-old has impressed for Wolves Under-23s this season, but only has one year left on his current contract at the Premier League club.

HITC claims that the trio of English teams are monitoring John, with Sunderland interested in a loan deal for the English defender.

John, who can also play on the left-hand side of defence, struggled to break into Nuno Espirito Santo's first team last season in the Championship.

The youngster is even more likely to leave Molineux following the recent £10m signing of Willy Boly from Porto.
