Hull FC prop Chris Green signs a new long-term contract that will keep him at the KC Stadium until 2016.

Hull FC prop Chris Green has signed a new three-year contract at the KC Stadium.

The 21-year-old, who had 12 months remaining on his existing deal, has now committed his future to the Black and Whites until 2016.

He told the club's official website: "I am really pleased to have been offered a new contract and it makes all the hard work worthwhile.

"Hull are a great club, we have a good squad and coaches, and a really good team behind us off the field too.

"As a fan growing up, there really isn't anywhere else I'd rather be playing my rugby during what is a really exciting time for the club."

Hull, who beat Leeds Rhinos 18-6 on Friday evening, currently sit fourth in the Super League table.
