Joe Marler to start for England in new-look front row against Argentina

Stuart Lancaster names Joe Marler in England's front row for Saturday's Test against Argentina at Twickenham.

England head coach Stuart Lancaster has placed Joe Marler in the new-look front row for Saturday's clash against Argentina.

Marler will line up at Twickenham alongside Dylan Hartley and David Wilson, who replace Tom Youngs and Dan Cole, while Mako Vunipola has also lost his starting spot.

"Joe Marler was excellent off the bench against Australia and merits his opportunity, as does David Wilson, who has been pushing hard for selection," said Lancaster.

"Dylan gets a deserved chance at hooker with Tom Youngs on the bench after the safe arrival of his first child this morning. Rob Webber remains on standby."

Christian Wade and Marlon Yarde failed late fitness tests.
