Lewis Moody: 'England must start aggressively against Ireland'

Former England flanker Lewis Moody calls on the team to get off to a positive start away to Ireland in the Six Nations.

Lewis Moody has urged England to start aggressively against Ireland in the Six Nations on Sunday.

The two unbeaten sides go head to head in Dublin this weekend for what is being described as a title decider.

Having started sluggishly in their opening games against Wales and Italy, Moody believes that Stuart Lancaster's men need to put pressure on Ireland from the first whistle at the Aviva Stadium.

"It's pretty simple for me - they really need to focus on the start of the game. Get into that first 10, 20 minutes with some points on the board," the World Cup winner told Sports Mole.

"Against Wales and Italy they got off to slow starts. They need to start solidly, keep the opposition in their own camp and put the pressure on them rather than put the pressure on themselves."

England have made two changes to their starting XV for the match, with Alex Goode and Jack Nowell replacing Mike Brown and Jonny May.
