Exeter have continued their strong start to the new Aviva Premiership campaign with a dominating 32-15 win over Newcastle at home.
The Chiefs got off to a flying start following a first-minute Josh Tatupu try. Newcastle's Tom Catterick responded in kind after 20 minutes, but Exeter led at the half thanks to two Igancio Mieres penalties.
The home side built on their lead in the second half after another quick score, this time scored by Sireli Naqelevuki.
The Falcons couldn't put points on the board before Phil Dollman extended Exeter's lead even further, but even James Fitzpatrick's last-minute consolation didn't last as Jason Shoemark made sure the Chiefs ended with a 17-point lead.
