Ireland international Luke Fitzgerald has signed a new contract with Leinster, ending speculation over his future at the club.
Fitzgerald had reportedly drawn interest from London Irish and a number of clubs in France, but has opted to sign a 12-month contract extension with the Heineken Cup champions instead.
"We are delighted that Luke has committed to the province for another year," said Leinster coach Joe Schmidt.
"Luke is an outstanding talent and he has played a major role in Leinster's recent success."
Fitzgerald, who is currently recovering from neck surgery, has won 23 caps for Ireland and was part of the British and Irish Lions squad that toured South Africa in 2009.
