Sports Mole looks ahead to Friday's Aviva Premiership clash between Sale Sharks and Exeter Chiefs at the Salford City Stadium.

Sale Sharks' bid for Aviva Premiership survival resumes on Friday when they welcome Exeter Chiefs to the Salford City Stadium.

The league's bottom-placed side are currently five points from safety following one win in their last five games.

Seventh-placed Exeter are on a similarly poor run of form with no wins in their previous three matches.

Mark Cueto has been brought back into the Sale starting lineup, while Nick Macleod and Will Addison are named among the replacements after spells out through injury.

Exeter have made a number of changes as Luke Arscott, Sireli Naqelevuki, Jason Shoemark and Gareth Steenson are all recalled.
