Wales and British and Irish Lions boss Warren Gatland has been named UK coach of the year.
The 50-year-old New Zealand native was handed the award during the 2013 UK Coaching Awards ceremony at Marble Arch in London last night.
Gatland has picked up the honour after guiding the Lions to their first Test series win in Australia for 16 years, while also leading Wales to back-to-back Six Nations titles.
Gatland was also named the high-performance coach of the year, beating the likes of Lloyd Cowan and 400m sprinter Christine Ohuruogu.
