England coach Stuart Lancaster has called up Worcester Warriors prop Matt Mullan as cover for Joe Marler as the Harlequins loose-head continues to struggle with a hamstring problem.
Lancaster has a number of injury worries ahead of the Autumn Internationals, with Marler joining Quins teammate Chris Robshaw as an injury doubt alongside London Irish centre Jonathan Joseph.

David Paice was drafted in over the weekend to provide cover for Tom Youngs, who was the only recognised hooker in the squad until Sunday.
