Lleyton Hewitt revels in 600th career win

Lleyton Hewitt reaches the milestone of 600 career wins by defeating Robin Haase in Miami.

The Australian is one of just three current players to have reached the milestone, along with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

"Not many people get the opportunity to get close to that, so it means I have been around for an awfully long time," said BBC Sport quotes the 33-year-old as saying.

"I'm getting old. A few years ago when I had the last couple of surgeries, I probably would have doubted I'd get to this stage. I'm grateful I'm out there and able to compete with the best guys."

Hewitt will take on Nadal in the second round.
