Laura Robson has an injured shoulder heading into Great Britain's Fed Cup promotion playoff against Bulgaria tomorrow.

Laura Robson has injured her shoulder playing for Great Britain in the Fed Cup.

The 19-year-old needed the trainer during her singles win against Greta Arn of Hungary.

After the match, the world number 45 told British Tennis: "After the first set I thought, this can't get any worse. I regrouped and played better in the second and third sets."

Heather Watson also won her singles match, to set up a promotion playoff with Bulgaria tomorrow.
