Stanislas Wawrinka beats Marinko Matosevic to cement semi-final place at Queen's

Stanislas Wawrinka beats Marinko Matosevic in straight sets to move into the semi-finals of the Aegon Championships at Queen's.

Stanislas Wawrinka has eased his way into the semi-finals of the Aegon Championships at Queen's by beating Marinko Matosevic 7-5 6-3.

The Australian Open champion failed to find an early breakthrough in the opening set as Matosevic saved three break points to keep games level on 4-4.

However, Wawrinka eventually took a break of serve to seal the set before grabbing an early break in the second set to keep himself on top.

Only one break of serve was needed in the second set for Wawrinka, as he eased past Matosevic to finish the match with a straight-sets win.

Wawrinka will play Grigor Dimitrov in the final four.
