Tommy Haas has booked his spot in the fourth round of Wimbledon with a 4-6 6-2 7-5 6-4 victory over Feliciano Lopez on Saturday.
It was the German who suffered in the early stages of the first set, with Lopez breaking at 1-1 before moving into a 3-1 lead, eventually securing the opener 6-4 on serve.
Four breaks of serve occurred in the second, but it was Haas who emerged victorious, before the experienced German secured a two-sets-to-one lead with a 7-5 score in the third.
Both players continued to impress in the fourth and what proved to be final set, but a decisive break at 4-5 allowed Haas to book his spot in the next round.
